If you got PC when your priority moved up, all you’d have to do is get a couple of friends to endorse your priority, and poof! Free PC.
The system could easily be manipulated by having a small group of people, each of whom votes for the others’ priorities.
At the very least, there should be a minimum number of people who have to support/oppose your priority before it can affect your PC.
