        <content>This is now my #1 priority. I can't even use the current overview homepage, I'm not sure what the requirements are for that view to be populated. 

But I think the Overview homepage should have several &quot;blocks&quot; of data. At the top could be the top 5-10 priorities, then below that the 5 newest priorites, then below that maybe the top 5 rising ones. Then at the bottom a mini version of the activity feed or the most recent comments summary. This would be a true overview.</content>

Administration buy in is going to take quite awhile.   So far, everyone in Congress and the White House is scared to get involved, not just on this site, but even citizen participation on their own sites.   Even the Obama administration's much lauded &quot;open for questions&quot; is pretty much a sham.  Not transparent, tightly controlled, etc.

The way they will get involved in White House 2 is when the number of people involved becomes so overwhelming that they cannot ignore it any longer.</content>
